Dr. Madero pursued his doctoral studies at the University of Deusto in San Sebastián, Spain, obtained a master's degree in Organizational Development from the University of Monterrey and completed a master's degree in Administration at the Tecnologico de Monterrey, where he is currently working as a full-time professor in the Management Department at the Monterrey Campus.
His main areas of interest revolve around human resources processes, work environment, talent attraction, and retention (such as compensation, career progression, and first work experience), stressing innovation in human resources and automation.
