The research group in innovation and entrepreneurship focuses on four interconnected areas. First, creating and scaling new ventures through opportunity recognition, entrepreneurial intention formation, and business model innovation in dynamic business environments and across diverse contexts. Second, developing sustainable enterprises that generate social, environmental, and economic value while addressing societal challenges. Third, managing organizational innovation, performance measurement, emerging technologies adoption, and futures thinking approaches. Fourth, analyzing the multilevel ecosystems of actors, institutions, and resources that foster entrepreneurial activity, knowledge spillovers, and innovation-driven economic growth at national, regional, and global scales.
