Numerous Early Career Researchers (ECRs) seek to advance their careers while simultaneously striving to contribute positively to society. As early career researchers, many faculty feel somewhat lost, being accustomed to the relatively more structured environment of a Ph.D. program with the guidance of an advisor.
With these considerations in mind, the Mentoring program in Sustainability and Responsible Business seeks to guide emerging academics active in the sustainability domain, assisting them in realizing their potential in both professional and personal spheres of life.
Central to the program is a series of 6-8 one-hour mentoring sessions tailored for ECRs in sustainability, aiding them in advancing their careers and making a meaningful impact on society. The program also encompasses other workshops and online sessions organized by the CBD Research Group, occurring annually from February to November.
