This Research Group of the Business School aims to provide evidence that supports the way organizational learning models, value chain management, as well as innovation, renewal, and transformation of both public and family businesses, are fundamental elements for designing and implementing their strategy and understanding the dynamics of the various industries in which individuals and organizations are involved.
The research team will also focus on understanding consumer habits to encourage responsible consumption of products and services through appropriate interventions, primarily in consumer industries, in full coordination and alignment with the lines of work defined in the Thematic Area Group on Production, Marketing, and Responsible Consumption.
